QUOTE(Benefon @ Jun 3 2026, 09:13 AM) I living in Singapore, against I kept my celcom number, if eSIM issue I need go back JB settle from branch. If physical card never happening, I can switch any new or older phones for backup * Unless I totally forget about number Malaysia. Use SG card and open roaming eSIM to suit with many consumers needs. If theyβre use single number only , go oversea adding eSIM, confirm very convenient. Nothing issue at all. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Yes, you can transfer your CelcomDigi eSIM to another iPhone. Since CelcomDigi does not support Apple's direct "eSIM Quick Transfer" (which lets you move SIMs between iPhones over Bluetooth), you will need to generate a new QR code or activation code. You can do this using one of the following methods:Method 1: Via the CelcomLife App (Recommended)You can request an eSIM replacement/transfer directly through the app without visiting a physical store.Open the CelcomLife app on your phone.Go to the SIM/eSIM management section (or look for "Convert to eSIM" or "Get a Replacement eSIM").Follow the on-screen prompts to request a new eSIM profile.Once you receive the QR code or activation code, go to your new iPhone and navigate to Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM and scan the code.Method 2: Visit a CelcomDigi StoreIf you need assistance or prefer in-person support, you can walk into any CelcomDigi Blue Cube or authorized dealer.Ensure you are the registered account owner and bring along your NRIC or passport.Ask the representative for an eSIM replacement for your new device. They will provide you with a new QR code to activate your line on your new iPhone.Note: While switching to an eSIM is currently free, make sure your account is active and has no outstanding bills before making the request.
Owh understand , so basically it's not about eSim issues , mostly is because the convenient that telco provide , if eSim problem that can be easily solve thru maybe like online Live chat without need to run to the center , then it wont be issues , telco need to chase up and give the best solution or convenient so that user will soon can forgot about physical SIM , just like where phone starting ditch out the needed of SD CARD slots

QUOTE(Benefon @ Jun 3 2026, 09:48 AM) Bingo, present I/C and run to physical store, its main issue. ππππ But i believe telco will keep on improving their service , as Celcomdigi now also can change plan thru their web without need to the store , then verify with snap IC photo and selfie. eSim is future , like the SD card & 3.5mm headphone jack being take off from phone , soon lot of other company will just go for eSIM only , then able to squish out the extra space for other purpose , just time matter and we need to get ready to go fully eSIM.
