I use my PS3 on Samsung LA37S8 Series Via HDMI, and occasionally using the component (YBR) cable, can select 720p and 1080i without any problem.
Maybe try using the component cable, instead of HDMI to test. Just in case the HDMI cable is faulty or something. |
