Here's a little tutorial on how to download demo games through your PC, and install them into PS3.
Game links also included.
This method, you need to sacrifice your F@H. But this is the easier than the Store method.
Here's how you do it:

NETWORK SETUP:First, you need to have your PS3 and your PC together in a network.
You'll need to have Microsoft .NET FrameWork installed to your PC. If you have programs like AutoCAD, etc, you should already have it. If not, can get it here:
....................
In PS3, go to F@H. Delete if you already downloaded before.
Download the F@H. You will see that the download size is the same as your PKG files. If it's around 50 MB, you need to check the above steps again.
When downloading finished, it will automatically install the game for you.
To do it for your next game, just browse again to the appropriate PKG file.
It's quite easy actually, especially once everything already setup. Just need to run the PS3.Proxyserver GUI and browse for the PKG files.
TIPS:You'll notice there's another tab called Log in the PS3.Proxyserver GUI. Here's how you can get the PKG links.
While connected thorugh the proxy, go to PSN Store, download a demo game, and pause.
In the Log tab of the PS3.Proxyserver GUI, look for the latest activity, the one that ends with .PKG. Now that's the link for the game.
You can continue downloading using your PC's download manager, and repeat steps above to install to your PC.
HEY guys.. help
I just got my PS3 yesterday and downloaded like 5 demo games on my PC before.
Now attempt to try this proxy server thingy. A few questions?
1) My PS3 is 2.1 fireware and comes with Folding home installed. Do i need to delete this
and re-download again? Reluctant to do that coz of my VERRY SLOW internet connection..
2) Do i need to do this F@H download everytime i install new demo .pkg?
3) Anyone tried and prove it works ..? Becoz i just finish setting portforwarding and all to get NAT2 and now this i hv to reset my internet setting with proxy.
