Hey guys i plan too get my PS3 soon... i know that so far sony malaysia will not provide warranty for PS3's here but Sony SG does,so i want to know if anything goes wrong that i can just pay the courier charges for the PS3 too the service center in Orchid road or do i have to mail it too a friend/familly member and ask them too settle the warranty for me then mail it back and will they be any taxation on the the PS3 since its an electronical product as it passes customs. and when i register my console should i register with my current address or with an SG address...i have a cousin that stays in JB but studys in SG so if i mail it too him and ask him too bring it too SG for me to claim the warranty will i be incured any tax charges and i have a friend going 2 SG soon should i get the console there or its better too buy it in malaysia....generraly i wana know the charges if i do mail it there and back...and how much roughly will it be to mail the PS3 2 SG its about 8KG if im not wrong

ohhh dude, i been doing that for 6 months then one day me PS3 broke. I play it once in a while but the point is i never turn off my PS3. one day, my PS3 was blinking red lights, i click it then it become red, click it, becom green then yellow the back to flashing red lights. i suggest if want to do 24/7 folding, give it a rest at least twice a week, two nights is enough. i'm sending my PS3 to a shop to get it fix.

guys , can i play ps3 on normal tv not hdtv?

I'm using a motorola old MH500 bluetooth manage to pair the headset but when i start the game (i.e. COD4) the speaker icon did not appear beside my nick... Is there additional setting that i'll need to perform to use this bluetooth headset? 

guys can i ask, what's the difference between a region 1 and region 2 gta 4?
which one is uncensored or anything?

cause i read online some ppl have difficulty playing region 2 (cause their screen to be black and white).

*i'm using a standard SDTV(the normal TV), so i don't know but there's a commotion about GTA4 having a PAL or NTSC version. which one suits the normal standard tv?*

help needed..
changed my ps3 (40gb SG set) hdd to seagate 320gb 5400 rpm..
did as per instruction..
when i start my ps3 , initially it says connect controller to USB and press PS button..
after that this is what came out:

"the system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try and restart the system.

If the system cannot be restarted, the system partition of the hard disk must be reformatted and you must reinstall the system software.
insert storage media that contains update data of version 2.30 or later, and then press START and SELECT buttons at the same time.
For information on how to obtain update data, refer to the SCE Web site... bla x3"

i thought the ps3 will reformat the new hdd automaticaly??
tried pressing the start select buttons at same time... all it did was checking and then said nothing found..

a thumdrive wit fat32 format?
im using new hdd, no savegame or anything.. if i just use the latest firmware can aa? cuz i duno the firmware on my 40gb hdd..
