imo, it happens wen the ps3 is still doing something, but u shut it down
i always get this wen i quit bluray movie playback, and immediately shut it, as wen i quit, the ps3 will try to connect back to psn and load my frens list, while its doing its work, im actually asking the ps3 to shut down, hence the sound of dissagreement
