hi guys.. my ps3 are using firmware 2.0 and my psp are using custom firmware 3.52 m33-4 by dark alex and m33 team..
the problem is, i'm trying to connect my ps3 and psp via usb to register the psp so i can use the remote play function... but.. the psp cannot be recognise by the ps3... but, my psp can be access as a memory card reader... help.. i really want this remote play function...

if i not wrong, remote play for 2.0 ps3 need a 3.72 psp.

try upgrade and see.

have u tried to use wireless?

this is how it suppose 2 work.. before connecting remote play.. we have 2 register the psp in the ps3 using the usb... i have upgrade it just now... and my problem still not resolve... arghh.... tension already... waa... relly need this remote fuction...

maybe coz i use us psp and asian ps3? is it a possible? anybody wana trade my white us psp wif asia psp? haha...

Your firmware is 3.52 M33.

That is very very old.

For remote play to work, you need the latest firmware.

mine no problem....before connecting remote play.. we have 2 register the psp in the ps3 using the usb first, then try to connect it...but u must enable ATTRAC (correct or not this spelling?) so far that i know is, L.A.I.R can be played using remote psp and certain game cannot...haha.. my psp firmware is 3.71 AND PS3 1.92 (or 1.93, i don't remember)

Thread starter, if your PS3 is using the latest firmware 2.0, you need to upgrade your PSP to firmware 3.72 to utilize Remote Play, otherwise it will not work.
