Hello serious /k blush.gif

I’m back again and this time I would like to seek your opinion and recommendations

I’m looking to get a secondary phone for work purposes mainly to contact clients and use WhatsApp Web

My budget is around RM500.00 - 800.00.00

I’m currently leaning towards the Samsung A07 5G as Samsung provides 6 major OS updates

If you're open to second hand, you can get something like A16 5G within that range. Somewhat more premium specs, just released nearly 2 years ago.

Using Samsung A05. Other than the extremely slow start up, very durable and good battery life.

OS update is overrated for budget phones. Your system will become laggy by the 2nd year and OS update will worsen it. You should focus on battery life and performance first. I would pick budget poco, redmi or iqoo before taking samsung a07-a27.

Yes agree with this as my partner's secondary phone is this and it works like a charm but preferably a new phone smile.gif

Poco M8 Pro can get for RM700+ during good sale.

Not too shabby on software update, 4 major OS updates and 6 years security updates.
