my objective is to give my casing a new look..
my proposal would be
1)change atx style to btx style..as this could improve the airflow of system
2)create window for top panel
3)rearrange my cable management
4)rearrange my water cooling system
5)upgrade system

picture will be uploaded shortly as i now capturing the image..

i have this project a week ago..but dun have time to write..now i try to log it as much as i can

the title for this project will be changed..i haven't think the name for it yer..so i put on my nick..ekekeke

riveter..i bought from bombman..tq for fast delivery..can continue my works..




kikir and sand paper..for smooth finishing..

i continue....ehehe..1st of all..i remove my water cooling set..



put all coolant into a suitable place..for sure my mom will ask for it



reservoir and tube has been removed..

the pump...i wanna find a better pump..



water block...need to lap the surface...haih

the radiator..bought from duo8668..
for full performance cooling system

That's the problem people willing to spent on GTS that doesn't last a year but not on 4 pieces of ram that would be used for more than a year ..

i bought acrylic...only rm5..i thought it would be demn expensive..

this is top panel after being cut..sorry..i dun have much picture for this process as technical problem occur..

i have to put some cement onto the surface to recover some part..
and next process would be repaint..

pull off acrylic cover
the picture during gluing was missing..as my hand was fulfilled
by the glue itself..

bro i highly sugest u turn ur hdd rack 90degress.. thermal imagin shows that because of the hdd placed this way it makesd the case alot warmer... turning ht hdd rack gives a better airflow fromt he front fan.. atm the hdd rack is blocking alot of the aiir... my source.. google around u will notice it..

You can do this on Aurora 570. But not on old 3D Aurora because most new cards nowadays can't fit if turn the hdd rack 90 degrees on the old 3D Aurora.

So hermitage hemitate, ko mmg patut pusing kat hdd rack tu.
Kalau nak lagi bagus, kan kat kipas depan tu blakang dia ada comb, ko potong comb tu, buat blowhole, sure airflow lagi better.

Aku penah guna 3D Aurora 570, sebab tu aku tau.

Jumaat ni nak balik sana, ada keje skit.

Tapi fikir fikir balik, aku rasa baik aku simpan duit nak amik V1200, dah lama sangat ngidam nak amik casing tu.

alaaa..buat jer..kalo ader drill n rivet n gergaji besi...mmg settle ler ..becoz 3d aurora only need a little cutting process...mostly only need removing

last weekend i went to lyp n bought something...
motherboard,psu and thermal paste



motherboard from ate
psu..mushkin 550watt...u guess what??only RM299 from all it..demn cheap...
and thermal paste mx2...

btw...i'm aiming for sli gaming rig

i also did wiring for my fan..
instead of soldering...i choose panel board..(dunno what the name actually)

btw..
it is the time to reassemble all of it..
setup new hardware n so on...

this is very dangerous.... those exposed metal pins and exposed wires could cause a short in ur system....

i strongly suggest u take them out and seal them with heatshrink or electrical tape.
