Good to know. But the next question is where to buy real one?

I have seen both the sugar type and the genuine type being sold next to each other in Giant.I would not know the lighter colored one was made with more sugar than the darker colored one until i saw this video. I thought the lighter one was more pure due to the processing. But it makes sense that the lighter one is more diluted with sugar. where the darker one has more caramelized coconut in it.

Also the genuine one looks to be much softer in texture. Means if it was packed in plastic you could dent its surface with your nail on the package without opening it.

I have only bought once, and it is not nice, never thought it could have been diluted.
