I'm a malaysian citizen , studied 4 years in australian and planning to work here as an engineer for 3-4 years. I'm planning to buy an Evo X which cost about AUD$70,000 and will be bringing it back to malaysia after 3-4 years when i'm going back for good.

Can someone tell me how it works , like what sort of taxes i'll need to pay and at what rate ?

cool , so if i worked here for 6 years after owning the car , i can bring it back tax free which is quite good

btw , do you have a list of the standard tax rate ?
