I remember it said that car can't be older than 5 years and cannot change name in 3 years. Used to be 2 years.

I was planning to buy car and import it using student AP this year and suddenly my agent told me this also.

Anybody know much to buy an AP from the AP king if we want to import a car and who's selling them?

What I mean by agent is that a person/company that handles the shipment because I'm planning to buy an AP from the overseas student.
I already sold my student AP long time ago and won't qualify anymore.
