I just need a second hand Proton to start working and in the UK it's really cheap. So you are not really sure if there is tax on Protons from UK then?

QUOTE(BeastX @ Nov 14 2008, 05:44 AM) Stay(study/work, but not as tourist) for more than 12 mnths, own the car for more than 9 mnths, and you can get one AP to bring only one car. But taxes still apply right? You just get the permission to bring back the car, but I don't think u'll get any reduction in taxes. Correct me if I'm wrong.Your Malaysian wife/husband/family/friend (with the same criteria) would need to apply for another. The car needs to be under the name of the AP holder for 2 years, and cannot be transferred in that period. |
