Hi need some advice from all of u guys..
Currently 1 of my friend's already back to Malaysia for good since 5th March 2011, graduated from Ireland. He didn't use his AP and considering to sell it to me. So he still have time until June since AP is valid for 3 months right? The situation now is, can I use Ireland's AP for a car purchased in UK? My other friend currently studying in UK and he can handle all the process in UK if I wanna buy a car there. It is just I need confirmation whether my friend who graduated from Ireland can use his AP for UK's car since it's in EU..
U can always bring a bike back here. Most of my friends and seniors graduated from States bring back a superbike. For example a 2nd hand 2007 Yamaha R1 can easily fetch around RM70k here. I believe in States it is around RM20k only. Or if u can afford the maintenance here, buy a Ducati  biggrin.gif
budakhops, any recommendation how to bring back a car from Japan? 2 of my friends coming back in August I think, couldn't recall but graduating in this year. If I couldn't make it to use my friend's AP from UK i might gonna use the one from my friends in Japan. UK cars mostly comes with high mileage  sweat.gif

Hey , actually i want to find bike but not car in these kind of TAXES !!!
But, lucky i found and came in this post...

I saw you typed a superbike .
70K , 20k ?

I am 16age now..
Planning to buy a superbike but i know if after i graduate , i go U.S
And u.s tax are lower than malaysia , maybe Much LOWER LOWER ~?

So, my question is..
I'll go there study sliver engineering , probably ,
And buy a superbike over there , ducati 848 or 1198 model ... that time should be around 2018 model.. hahaha~
Then after graduated , can i bring back my super bike to malaysia WITHOUT THOSE FFFFFFKING Taxes ??
If charge needed , dont make my bike from 20k>50k/70k ~ Possible ?

If yes or no , what should i do ?

Best regards ,
Loong Zai

THANKS FOR , If you replied me biggrin.gif

Dude.. you're asking a question about year 2018.  Things change.  You're too young to bother about these matters to be honest.  I don't mean to ridicule you but... wait until the time comes.  Laws change.

Aiyar.. anyway , if i bought a car or bike , as a student in university in u.s ,
Could i bring back my bike or car neither 1 la ~ without those taxes that could make my vehicles back to the price in malaysia?
Example : Nissan 370z, 40k USD converted to RM120k . RM120K + Shipping cost + those small quantity tax = around RM150k or RM200k . If compared to Peninsular Malaysia to get 1 nissan 370z , already RM390k without upgrades or luxury parts.

So, is it possible to get RM200k price? or will become around RM390K ++ -- ?

As i heard my brother friends says that 1 person could bring his/her own vehicles from oversea for 1 time in his/her life... it is true ? The requirement is the vehicle need older than 3 year.

Your replies is totally appreciated biggrin.gif
