Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone have experience shipping their car together with personal effect and household items to Malaysia? We are going to get a 40" container to load our car and household items but the shipping agent (a Malaysian) advised us to ship the car separately since he says the car will take a longer time to process for it to be released, thus they will also hold our personal effect/household items at the port. I just want to know the process when the container arrives at our port in Malaysia. Can't we just get our personal items out of the port first?
