Anybody have news on TWSCORP? They are taking it private is it? Will it be delisted?

There is a mandatory offer on the table to take Twscorp privately at offer price Rm1.36, whether it can be succeed or not, don't know, as the offer price seems not quite attractive. Sometimes, offer too low, it will fails as shareholders not interested to dispose.

When they succeed with more than 90%, it doesn't need your wish to get it, after more than 90%, it is mandatory for them to grab all the remaining shares in the market, you can't keep it even you want to.

All are still the same, just you have no choice, you are forced to sell to them.

Btw, HSI sister/brother, Shanghai composite finallly break down to below 5,000 level.

Yeah.....bluechips stocks' dividend is enough to eat every quarter. I remember when I was still studying in uni, those dividend enough for my monthly expenses (but I was very frugal). That's why my aim now is to push my portfolio to >70% in those counters.
