Don't just think about doing an AV room, if you have the space, then you should just go ahead and do it.  If you don't have space then you can convert your living room quite nicely.  Bro Timothyy has converted his living room in to a AV room as well with very nice results.  Can visit his thread here in LyN.

As for opening the Box Office, I won't be issuing an open invitation.  However if anyone is interested to come see see, then just drop me a PM and I can try to arrange for a visit.  I live in the vicinity of Kota Kemuning...
