What are the signs during an interview that you are going to get a job?

short of long interview?
technical hard questions asked?
salary negotiations during the interview itself?

This

U might be good fit, but there might be other better fit that comes after you, be it in term of Salary advantage, notice period to start work, synergy and all the way to skillset can make some difference.

I had few internal interviews for five different positions, with promotion.

I passed all 5/5, with no followup interviews required.
Most candidates still need to have sessions with the senior managers or directors.

Long interview? Yes, as I always ask for their opinion and feedback on the questions.
Hard technical questions? Yes.
Scenario-based questions? Yes.
Salary? No. This can be nego later prior to confirmation.

Just be confident and ask relevant questions, especially those related to the job expectations.

There's no sure-fire way. You can only put on your best show and rely on the numbers (i.e. continue applying).

I had interviews that went beyond the alloted time, chit-chatted with interviewers and heard nothing afterward.
