Paint different is due to the batch of issues. Both Asia or Jap ver. of same batch will have same painting qc

Are you sure your vol. 19 both produce at the same batch and same time?

I have bought all the version of SIC before and even the so call "better qc Jap. ver." also have problem with the painting, loose joints sometimes. Jap. ver. is more expensive because it's shipped from Japan which is further away from China so the extra money goes to the shipping

I know vol. 19 1st issued and reissue has different color on the armor

Get it back or change to other SIC. SIC Kabuto was just a rumour last time. With the trend right now don't think Kabuto will release within this year

If you've doubts on that, you can always ask the mod to help. They can check the IP & find out whether it's from the same PC. I've did that in the past to find a pretender in here too

That set of SIC Den-O Rod & Ax form just normal release version with signature of Andoh. Contents wise it's same with the SIC Limited which just released in Japan yesterday

SIC is meant to have different look and design from the original riders. That's why it's called Super Imaginative Chogokin. So if want to get a rider toy which is same with the show, better get from other line of rider toys
