Hello everyone,
Football is not about playing and watching matches on the telly. It also involves player development i.e coaching. I would like to know whether anybody here has any experience on coaching? Have you coach anyone or any team before? Doesn't matter if it is U-8's, U-15's or at the pro level. Or anyone currently taking up courses, under FAM maybe, to be a coach? It would be nice to hear if there's someone who is a coach; could give a tip or two and share your experience with us.

Well I'm sure we need a lot of coaches to unearth the talents we have in the country. More talents, more competitions, better players. Better players give better football, better entertainment. From that perhaps people will start coming to the stadias, more money into the game, better facilities, improvements etc. A long and tedious process I know. Maybe the new generation of coaches can inject an x-factor to the players so that our football will at least achieve respectable position in the world.
