Mine around 15 sec from vibrate from finish entering pin and welcome screen, so minus pin number should be 12~13secs.
This part i know. "locked" means you need to get an unlock code. In order for you to get the unlock code, you must contribute back to the community like, providing new map trackings, point of interests and etc.Added on December 19, 2007, 11:51 pm
