i cannot seem to find the MSN live messenger installation in "Downloads!" of my phone... i refreshed the list already... but still can't find it... instead, i am using the web-based msn live...
i heard there's payment for it (the msn live messenger program)
is there any package from any telco company providing unlimited data transfer so i won't be burning hole in my pocket each time i log into msn....

I've bought my phone from Sapura... under sapura warranty...

sound quality and etc... more than satisfied...
picture quality... what else can you ask from a PHONE??? good enough and clear enough... probably can't be competing with n82 as they CANNOT put the best in one phone and so they have to put something a little better in diff phone so that all the phones has a selling point...

screen quality is satisfactory... keypad , slides, video call, battery life... all under satisfactory...

i just love my phone...

stupid phone can't d/l it on through nokia's Download but i found a link somewhere and managed to d/l it.
rotateMe, flipsilent, light sabre all worked pretty fine but my phone did hang while using light sabre... want to get nokmote but don't have a credit card to donate... any suggestion?

i put the RM15 screen protector from low yat... only screen, no protection for camera lens... so sad... planning to buy the MFSP from singapore... gf coming up from sg soon... weee~!
GPS working fine... pretty quick lock after the 1st time... but then again... very limited street name... can't find all the street i want... any other recommendation for GPS???

using 3G is pretty expensive so i really advice you guys to get the unlimited access or the RM25 package of free 8mb and 0.03 / byte...
downloading progs and etc or msn would cost you a bomb if you don't have one of these package.... $_$ burning a hole in my wallet...

playing around with the theme maker... really nice to be able to customize EVERYTHING in your phone... haha... now... i think i just need a email appl to check my company email while travelling...

want to get a proper poach / protector for it... the RM25 fake nokia nseries poach from lowyat SUCKS... haha... it looks pretty decent on the top... but actually... SUCKS!!!!!! the holes for all the buttons are out... can't plug in usb cable with the poach connected, charger is just 3/4 in... and everything else...

overall... I AM A VERY SATISFIED AND PROUD OWNER of a N95 8GB phone...

E series is some sort the business class of the nokia phone... more executive and etc etc... so it is some how better... i want to get E90 but then again... it looks soooooo UGLY!!!!
hahahaha... n95 8gb is BLACK and its executive look enough with the professional feel and it has all the functions... hahaha

i have to admit... N82 is the next in line that could take over n95 because almost EVERYTHING n95 has / can do... n82 has but it lacks the look and smaller screen etc etc... to top that off, n82 has xenon flash and built in accelerometer for picture rotating unlike n95, we have to install the app to rotate... i've done a review on n82 and i think n82 is really good phone if you're on the lower end of the budget but n95 8gb comes in black... and it has 8GB!!! muahahaha oh well... that CANNOT put the best of everything in one phone right? it would kill off their other phones in line...

talking about all these older phones... haha... i've like 3x 8250 , 3 x 3310, 1x 8850, 1x 8210, 2 x 3210 and etc etc...
haha... all also damn durable... drop don't know how many times... the 8850, i dropped it while jumping over the wall OUT of school...



please do update on any new phone apps ya... but at the moment... i'm still looking for that portable charger that can charge your phone for 3 times... its like a mini battery that can be charged up to charge a phone up to 3 times...

rotateme has the reactivity level... dont quite understand what is it for...

sapura is normally used for corporate / credit card purchase / bank promotions / government officials buying... they normally sell in a bigger number and not one or two units...

avaxx is official SOLE distributor for individuals buying for personal use...

if you were to get free phones from Maxis / Digi / Celcom promotions or post-paid line... you might get sapura phones too if its a corperate deal... like the maxis SME promotions...

Sapura phones can be taken to any nokia care centre for repairs and etc...

finally i come back into this thread.... GPS works fine on my phone for nokia... if you guys are using original nokia... i think it would be advisable to stick with your nokia maps until your trial ends... and i think there is a small premium fee that would last you a lifetime...

pictures pictures.... i've some to share but then... i am quite lazy to post it because it takes time and it is sooo slow...
tried taking night shots of sceneray... even with +5 contrast, high iso, and +0.5 to +1.0 exposure... it doesn't give me the pic it want...
it looks sooo good on the screen(display) but when it takes the photo(processed, and saved)... the picture comes out entirely different le... not as sharp / color toning and etc... anyone can help me with this??

well...
being in a line of work where you need to have your phone charged up for all kinds of unexpected things....
I charge my phone everyday... it has flipsilent and rotateme(deactivated) in the back. If i use wifi / GPS, by the time i get home around 12am... it would have 3-4bars left... if it is just normal text-ing and about total of one hour call, 12am should have about 5-6 bars...

that day while taking bus down to melaka(2 hours trip), i text, listen to music via bluetooth stereo headsset, and had flipsilent, rotateme on... at the same time i was GPS-ing... started the trip with 6 bars, then listen to music via BT for about an hour... ended up with about 2 bars...

i think, you can set the flipsilent to not run on every flip you do... i deactivated the flip over = silent mode... i just set flip over = silent ringer... rotateME is on but deactivated, would on it if i need to see pics or etc etc...

on average of one day... with about an hour of call, about 15 text, some pics... i have 3-4 bars left at the end of the day... which i don't dare to keep until the next day as i don't want to have the situation where i've no battery the following evening / night

seriously, it defies the whole purpose of getting this phone...

if you think your battery life is short... just go charge it every night... afraid of spoiling the battery??? (a battery is not that expensive to replace) and if you're that power saving, get a nokia 1110 or whichever phone that doesn't run on color screen... if a phone can be fully utilized and last for a day... i believe it is being fully utilized... if i am trying to save battery so i can last 3 days... i find no purpose in getting this phone... i would rather buy a digital camera with 10MP and can take nicer shots... and get a decent looking phone with BT so i can talk while driving... both added together... still cheaper than this phone...

well... how long have you charged? is it your first few days using it? didn't fully charged your phone or you left all your app running in the background without yourself knowing it?

for me... average usage... 2 days max... by next day night time = DIE... cannot go out without handphone...
one use max on all the application, probably by night of the same day already die...
DIEING to get the power pack... anyone knows where can get it??? got power pack and another one is power expansion that can give your phone extra power with AA batery...
