Found this SEK 114 APJ NOTIS PANGGILAN TEMU SIASAT - TIDAK MEMATUHI/MENGABAIKAN ISYARAT LALULINTAS saman from JPJ app and was given a month to make payment (although the amount is not indicated).

Not sure what is this all about and after research realized likely i was reported by someone else... Can I ignore this or must I go to JPJ to settle the saman within a month? Why such a short time limit given and I would have probably missed it if I hadn't checked the app the other day.

Does ignoring or delaying this will lead to higher summon amount?

Could potentially lead to court or blacklisted if ignored. Most likely the summon is rm300. If paid early get discount.

Can be appealed? Like being first timer and reduce the summon amount?

I got this last 2 years, someone record & report. Is asking you go JPJ for interview and is to confirm the driver is you, no chance to appeal or reduce.
My case worse, i didn't received any summons at all until the following year when I renew roadtax at MyJPJ page click the summons only noticed, and by that time, it appear another summon, due to no attend to JPJ for interview.

So total i have to pay 2 summons. I told the officer i have no received any summons, any proof. The officer say if you want, can wait to the court date, talk to the judge.

No chance to appeal and sounds like wasting our time, why not just share the evidence and let us pay online.

Did you pay RM300 for the first saman? How much was the saman for the 2nd offense of not attending JPJ for interview?

Did they show you the proof? Guess no way to argue, but kinda heartache need to fork out money for these... Wish that complainer would receive saman from others someday hahahaha

yes, the 1st summons regardless when you pay is also maximum RM300, the 2nd summon when i notice is also over the date, so is RM300 + RM200.

Can't pay online is the actual summon not issue yet, they want us go there to confirm, then the summon will issue on the spot.

yes, they will show you the proof of photo and some questionnaire to answer, even can see who report you.

My offense is very minor, i use wrong way in front of my condo small road, the guy report me based on car cam. This mistake burn my RM500.

Maybe you lucky can get the nice officer see any chance or not? my time is a chinese guy...

Why are you wishing on the complainer receiving a summons when they have evidence you committed an offence

If u driving properly and confidence not doing any fault, then explain to jpj bro. but, If u drive like sohai and dont follow traffic law, then good luck overturn the case.

Actually, the purpose they ask u to come, is to hear from your story. as they always 2 side of coins. if u really trust ur driving, then go ahead and defence yourself.

I made many report to jpj b4. and the officer told me, its a standard procedure for them to ask people in the video to come. as they want to give fair trial instead of straight give out summon.

Ur offense looks small, but it can contribute to accident. thats why jpj took it seriously.
