Found out that RapidKL do provide real-time bus location data service. The data is every 30 seconds.

I created a webservice to display the bus locations in a map.

thanks. i designed the webservice differently compared to prasana's.

you can enter the bus stop and route directly in the link. this allows the user to save the link on his phone and check the bus location anytime relative to his bus-stop. for example :

https://rapidkl-gtfs.onrender.com/?stop=1000170&route=U7088

also, this link can be printed as qrcode and displayed at a bus-stop. anybody waiting for a bus can just scan the qrcode and know where is the bus. i think this is more user friendly compared to prasarana website.
