after finish pump, instead of moving their car, they started to pop the hood to service the car
and then proceed to wash the car after that
some even went into their car, start the engine and start playing their phone

they will keep saying no queue again and again despite someone abused those empty parking space.

Plenty of sohai that take their sweet ass time even after refueling with 2-3 cars in line behind em. Now add to the long recharge time, sure more que for evs.

EV bay should block with bollard. Pay for charging then it's open.
