In its heyday also got conmen, 20 years ago too got plenty.

Always check receipt details and make sure all details are listed before paying.

Sometimes they sell a damaged processor when I DIY build a pc for my friend in college days, luckily I managed to get a brand new one after I caused havoc there with my friends.

Why DIY? Because I like to do that during college/university days, get all the Lowyat price lists and hunt for the cheapest parts and buy from the respective shops that sell them, good old days.
