LGE kept on giving excuse on this deal. Of course la no payment made as the payment did not made in cash. just transfer land ownership only to the company.

There is a new feasibility study for the tunnel this year, why nobody blamed the new CM, Chow KY.

Penang Port also delayed the tunnel project, why nobody blamed Penang Port.

Dibayar cannot be used on stand alone basis. It needs to be used with words  like telah n sudah as in telah Dibayar n sudah Dibayar which means paid.
