Anyone who invested heavily in astro 10 years ago must have some screws lose inside their head for believing the so called financial experts that buying astro is a good call.

Astro after 2010 to me at least started becoming irrelevant & more or less survive only because of their football channel.

U say buy & immediately sell when debut public to make quick profit that I believe. Buy & hold long term especially large amt really i find it hard to believe that anyone would dare do that for such a shitty company.

Everyday kept spamming calls for promos or resubscribe.

The writing was already on wall with astro. Young ppl then no time to watch astro even if they wanted to because of crazy jam. Official work hours 9 to 6, but there was no way to make it back in time to chase TV show. Everyday spend at least 2hr+ commute by the time get home the last thing you want to do is spend 30mins watching ads to chase 30s mins drama

Gobind forced TM to double speed and reduce price … so indirectly promoting tv box and piracy market …

Since when Unifi monopoly? Any company can build own fibre and sell like Time and Maxis …

TNB not monopoly as Sabah and Sarawak have own electric conpany. Anyone can build own electric company and sell …

Astro is also not monopoly, anyone can offer paid tv service in Malaysia …
