the rakyat are the one that are footing the exorbitant interest charges .. not them so they can cry like a stupid person

Also, the USD300m artworks are not important, what's more important is to get the crook najis be put under house arrest so he can serve his sentences comfortably while the rakyat work like a cow to repay the misdeeds he had committed

Article 42 clearly states that the Agong has the sole power to grant pardons. In the 2018 Anwar pardon case, the Federal Court ruled that its decision cannot be reviewed by any court. This means the High Court judge is bound by that ruling.

I read that the sole power to grant pardon must follow procedures. In this case, the pardon boards must agree. The majority of the pardon boards disagree to allow home detention and this is minuted in the pardon boards meeting. So that’s how the judge comes to a conclusion. It was not minuted that bossku is allowed home detention, only reduction of jail sentence. YDPA then issued an addendum after the meeting of the pardon boards. Hence Bossku’s and many others supporters are quoting the article 42 as defence. Read hasan Karim comment as well in Malaysian gazette.
Also controversial now is in future, the supposedly authority of YDPA is curtailed after this as the precedence has been set that the YDPA cannot make single decision and must refer to the advice blah blah blah ….
Again this is my understanding of what transpired from reading X and also u tube. So pls do not quote me if I am wrong. No intention to mislead anyone. 🙏

I have scrutinized it thoroughly, and no such procedures are mentioned in the Constitution.

The Constitution never states that the Agong can grant a pardon only with the approval of the Pardon Board members.

i wonder those lawyers can sleep peacefully at night if what they do is against the truth and twisting actual facts to get the technical advantage

maybe they dun believe in karma after all , maybe they need to learn it the hard way some fine day !!!
