QUOTE(Starbucki @ Dec 20 2025, 09:49 PM) So on tiktok got a channel showing those who potong kaki. Most of them say because every day drinked canned neskopi. Or teh tarik. Or sodas. Majority are ogre kito. Mana ada. Don't be scared by the cost saving propaganda by Malaysia kopitiam association. They wanted to reduce sugar cost so created this propaganda to scare consumers. Now every were people request kura G Manis or no sugar so it's working. Prove no reduce also if no sugarBut if see indon ppl every day drink teh manis and eated so much rice but no potong kaki. Actually is it that easy to get diabetus and potong kaki? Dont worry continue to buy the air balang but moderately lah Rather than buy three a day. One or 2 enough edi. Why tiu need so much |

It's lifestyle. Our diet didn't change much but very less movement.
Need to change diet to match lifestyle. Just reduce portion of everything, not just sugar. |

QUOTE(Starbucki @ Dec 20 2025, 04:10 PM) Means can drink teh tarik manis every day as long as can burn off the calories? Or depends on genes? Sweet food / drinks not detrimental if you built up sufficient muscle mass (they act as glucose warehouse / storage). When you have storage, then glucose-in-blood level would not surge and that in turn will not cause insulin level to go yo-yo roller coaster... |

It’s not only the drinks but most of the food consumed by the type mentioned are laden with sugar or stuff that’ll turn into glucose once in the body. I cannot understand too why certain way to cook vegetables also need to be sweeten.
