Before you want to push your narrative that Russia government is bad. Look at what happen in history. The reason is that it was due to WW2. Russia and Ukraine and previous country under Soviet has all the same ratio of male over 65, because they sacrifice to fight world war 2 against Germany.
Their sacrifice for the world that we know of today become your excuse to push your narrative. That is really low .
