Anthony Joshua beats Jake Paul — result
Anthony Joshua has beaten Jake Paul with a sixth-round knockout in their heavyweight fight in Miami.

Paul did better than many expected, surviving into the second half of the contest. But Joshua twice knocked Paul down in a wild fifth round before finishing him off with a series of heavy shots in the sixth.

After the fight, Joshua called out longtime rival Tyson Fury, saying he wants to fight him in 2026. “Put down (your) Twitter fingers and put on some gloves and come and fight me,” Joshua said.

Paul, who said he suffered a broken jaw during the fight, decided against calling out his next opponent and instead said he would take some time away from the sport after suffering his second professional defeat.
