EV cars in itself is already a scam. This battery rental thing is scam on top of a scam. So 7 many terms and conditions renting the batteries, might as well just rent the whole car. Its like buying a house but the developer owns the rights to your door entrance. If u r fat u cannot enter. U cannot have more than 2 friends coming over to visit, and if you do, the developer can remotely lock your door. U want to sell your house also kenot directly sell and have to sell back to developer, means they dictate the price etc. Only dumb water fish will agree to this T&C
