engineer bukan architect

the one intact is original house built by developer, the one collapse is renovation extension, look at the neighbour house and u can see the vast difference

I guess 99% tarak piling on the extension part, if not the beam will be able to support 2 storey weight. Last time my house mau renovate and extend to double storey, the contractor macam dig about 3-5 feet (can't remember correctly) to build footing and column.

Technician la, dun sia Sui engineer. If civil engineer they very fussy when renovating, the besi mesti mau cukup punya.
