Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur at that price ia cheap but the service is not up to the Park standards as I been to a few Parl Hyatt establishments overseas and each stay is minimum I have to paid at least USD500 per night that is basic king room with park view

Try comparing Hilton, Shangri La and Four Seasons as still KL is cheapest in Asia per night

If I compared to Park Hyatt KL now and mine stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo back in 2003 it is almost cheaper slightly back when USD was pegged and room rates was lower and now probably would three times the price of PHKL stay per night
