I don’t have responses but also interested in the answers.

TS, I hope you find a suitable solution, I can imagine how troublesome it can be.

No problem. You understand what I said about the soup right? The soup you have to drink everyday. Usually there is package from Chinese Medicine shop. You have to ask around. They will label the package to according to days 1 day 2 day 3 till day 28. The price varied from less than 1k to few k maybe. Just see which you are comfortable with.

For the pantang, you can ask AI la. Just ask for Chinese pantang. Should be easy and then depends if you want to follow by logic or instinct.

Fruits wise, of course avoid those “cold” ones. My wife just had apples everyday since our habit memang eat fruits everyday. Avoid watermelon, etc.

By the way, are you going for natural or c-section? I think c-sec more pantang. Maybe avoid chicken for the first 2 weeks or so.

Natural is the plan, but of course if anything then have to czer.
So far the plan is to get a package for those soups for 28 days, and as for the meals adjust accordingly as they go. Of course have to discuss this with MIL as well because she's the expert ha.

TS, as u r in Puchong Kinrara side, might consider Tian Tian (someone above shared the FB link), family of mine survey and this is the cheapest, i think is around RM100 for lunch, mini tea time & dinner, with 2 soups.

Her review from what i rmb - Taste wise cant expect much as its confinement dishes, also, the taste might repeat despite using different ingredients.
The tiffin/container might be a bit old, long usage (thats y cheap also)

Good thing is, finish makan put back into the insulated bag only, no need to wash, if u feel sorry, at least rinse it will do.
THis u save ur time, and also avoid touching 'raw' water
