ohh jolly good , but one thing i dont like about asus is the ram slots are to close to the vga . X38 just released not long ago and X48 is comming , wow .

i thought P5E3 running X38 like asus website shown? anyway,X48 from rumours said that it can run either SLi or CF,is it true? |

At the moment, I don't think it will support SLI or CF at the same time.
There is rumour saying nVidia declined to give Intel a license and Intel also declined to give full spec of Penryn to nVidia that causing nVidia 780i can't really overclock quad core of Penryn. Asus had refresh the P5E3 Premium with X48. Not sure how to identify it with X38 P5E3 Premium. |

umm x48 ... haiz.. no eye see aledi...
to tell u the truth , X48 is nothig special, wat it is is basically hand picked x38 , if u open cpuz or any system report program , it will show x38 . My source? i have a contact who beta tests asus boards.. and a very very well respected ocer.. cant reveal though.. he has told me, the best ddr3 board around even with x38, is the p5k3 premium. blitzx and all those gila siao boards are worse than it. |

thats probably the P5K3 Premium with the built-in 2GB DDR3. the P5K Premium is DDR2 and cost around rm9xx...

the mobo is changing too fast just change to 965 chipset last year even use not long now already come out x48 how to follow up to buy the newest 1 ?
