A 2 storey with lower ground floor Architecture and Interior design bungalow proposal with requested minimalist concept by client. Design to emphasis the triangular land shape with open plan layout and celebrating the natural outdoor environment . Land Size 620 MeterSq with Build Up area of 625 MeterSq.
4 month of preliminary design to final design confirmation. My structure engineer is blowing his heads off designing the overhang roof/ cantilevered roof to be structurally buildable. hahahaha

Current Status- Appplication for Building Plan submission to Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) for approval development.

Only Inside interior .. outside .. how to do minimalist …you look at Japanese houses .. small footprint .. small buildable sqft… this is big … hahahaha….but the overall concept is as what client requested ..

No lah… not related to budget .. you highlighted on the structural engineer I mention correct … just the roof span is not your typical roof span overhang..3D mark “A”

Asked him to do space frame structure method , then wrap it with some other lightweight material … hopefully the structure size is not going to be massive .. if not redesign the whole roof again to suit back / tie back the overall outlook
