A 2 storey with lower ground floor Architecture and Interior design bungalow proposal with requested minimalist concept by client. Design to emphasis the triangular land shape with open plan layout and celebrating the natural outdoor environment . Land Size 620 MeterSq with Build Up area of 625 MeterSq.
4 month of preliminary design to final design confirmation. My structure engineer is blowing his heads off designing the overhang roof/ cantilevered roof to be structurally buildable. hahahaha Current Status- Appplication for Building Plan submission to Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) for approval development.
