Ive been constantly under huge amount of pressure working for quite some time now. I dont feel happy or satisfied doing what im doing. I feel like i no longer have the motivation to keep moving forward and keep working for the company.

I think i do not have any work life balance and i do not have time to do what i want the most in life.

Do u think i should have the courage to quit my job and work freelance or as YouTuber, bringing more content to audience and create a better future for me?
