Btw there is one area in melaka with mansions... Really bigass houses, most of them were custom made not built cookie cutter by developer.

actually this type of house cannot be called a bungalow, but these agent simple anyhow call it so that it jack up the price. The proper term is detached house. To qualify for the name bungalow, you need a very spacious surrounding empty/garden plot to ensure proper privacy.

I think based on technicality it is indeed bungalow

it seems like bungalow is indeed small among the detached houses.

So the unit I posted is small , which means maybe it is indeed a bungalow

So maybe those big big ass ones in kota damansara type are actually mansions.

yes, in fact those kampung houses are more qualified to be called bungalows. The key to differentiate is the house to plot-size ratio, normally malay kampung house is small sized but surrounded by a big garden plot.
