Short pants are practical in our humid and hot weather. Where to get one that’s comfortable, fashionable and most importantly last long?

Hmm I don't have problems with shorts ripping, tearing.

I don't buy shorts based on these criteria...

But Uniqlo? Decathlon? H&M? Levis? Oxwhite @ Shopee?

well, those technical cloth pants are light, quick dry and comfy to wear. but they dont last

cargo clothes last longer, but heavy, less comfy and dry slower when wash

it can get confusing...

Camel (as in the cigarette brand) used to have very good cargo shorts.

Camel Active (an unrelated brand from germany) also has the same.

I've used both of the above. Both last.

Then there's Camel Outdoor, which I've never used before.

And then there's Camel (a brand from China) which AFAIK only makes shoes and bags. Am currently using a pair of their waterproof hiking shoes.

Snails, Diesel , Camel Active all make clothes that are lasting. Only thing is their cutting is on the boring type.

Fast fashion like Uniqlo, H&M, Padini, have better and more modern cutting. But less durable.
