Bukake the inlet supply water yinto ur shower head. Some shower head got filter. So probably the filter already almost full with debris. Clean that up and itll be good as new.

disconnect where the water inlet from wall connects to heater

if the pressure there is stronk means heater pipes got buildup, if weak means tanki to wall piping got buildup
