Sekretariat Ikhlas Malaysia, melalui kenyataan oleh Datuk Mohd Ridzuan (Ridzuan Ikhlas), menuntut agar tunggakan hampir RM800,000 kepada kontraktor En. Silvakumar diselesaikan segera. Masjid tersebut telah siap dan digunakan sejak 2020, tetapi bayaran kerja jalan raya, parkir dan perparitan yang dilakukan tidak pernah dilunaskan.

Projek di bawah ICU kerajaan pusat itu melibatkan syarikat Bumiputera yang mensubkan kerja kepada syarikat Cina, dan syarikat itu pula mensubkan kepada En. Silvakumar. Walaupun Mahkamah Tinggi memutuskan beliau menang, bayaran masih tidak diterima. Datuk Ridzuan mendakwa pengurusan masjid, JAIS serta pihak kontraktor sebelum ini berjanji untuk membayar selepas projek siap, namun setelah memperoleh CF, semua pihak menghilang.

Ridzuan Ikhlas memberi tempoh tujuh hari untuk selesaikan isu atau mereka akan berhimpun di JAIS atau di pejabat Menteri Agama. En. Silvakumar telah buat laporan polis dan hampir mengambil barangannya di tapak kerana terlalu lama menunggu, tetapi menghentikan tindakan itu selepas diminta oleh Datuk Ridzuan. Sekretariat Ikhlas Malaysia menegaskan semua pihak berkaitan mesti bertanggungjawab.
