Yes, i have one white G-shock lying around, the white strap become yellowish..so disgusting..

I been using garmin. It has quick release. Simple & easy , plug & play.

it's not the pin part, it's getting the correct strap... although the strap looks similar, the size, the slip in, color for the model differs.. i had an old functional casio..mdw-200 if not mistaken, couldn't get the replacement strap..
