IO Diminta Serah Gambar Pelaku Kepada SBKN

Petaling Jaya 9.12.25, Datuk Dr. Kalaivanar (SBKN) mengecam cara siasatan polis terhadap seorang suri rumah yang menjadi mangsa keldai akaun tetapi tetap dituduh di mahkamah. Beliau menegaskan IO sepatutnya mendapatkan rekod transaksi, rakaman ATM dan maklumat bank untuk mencari pelaku sebenar, bukan menuduh mangsa.

Mangsa berusia 46 tahun itu hanya kehilangan RM1,400, namun akaunnya disalah guna sindiket dengan transaksi hampir RM200,000. Beliau turut disenaraihitamkan dan tidak boleh membuka akaun bank, menyukarkan kehidupannya.

Mangsa kini perlu hadir ke Mahkamah Seksyen Segamat pada 12 Disember 2025 di bawah Seksyen 424, dan berisiko dipenjara jika gagal membayar denda.

SBKN akan menyediakan peguam untuknya serta menyerahkan memorandum dan mengadakan demo aman di Bank Negara bagi membela semua mangsa keldai akaun dan kes lelong.

Kad bank hilang why didn't cancel or make police report, this lady also didn't tell the honest story, normally mule account will try to white wash they are innocent yada yada

She didn't realize straight away when lost + she allegedly attached all the required details at the back of her card.
Only made the report after she wanted to use the account, video says suspect lost between 6th to 17th of the month.

Kinda sus since it's said she lost a whole wallet & secondary phone without realizing, but maybe she's that absent-minded idk.

Next time everytime someone open bank account should give them a quick course that they're responsible for all the activities that happen in their account.

If she is telling the truth, I think she really didn't know.

If someone willingly gave their account to someone else to use as a mule account, they would normally still have another account for their own use. She said she only had the one account which is why she is having so much difficulty with her daily life.

there's a few things that doesn't make sense here

from the video, it's not just the card missing...if only the card, maybe still make sense because like me always use cash

Passkeys are usually device specific. or at least they are supposed to be. If you are using a google or microsoft passkey, someone would need both your pin and your device to access the email.

So if you stick your pin on your phone, or at the side of your laptop screen, that is a pretty bad idea. Somebody gets your laptop or phone, the passkey is essentially available for their use.

For phones, consider using biometrics like your fingerprint instead.

edit: Emails are a very big thing. Many other things all flow into your email. It is a treasure trove for a hacker, letting them know nearly everything about you.

let's say I'm so used to passkey pin for Ms Outlook and biometric on my phone. one day, I will I forget about my password and lost my phone. I will buy a new computer and phone. can I sign in to these new devices if I only remember the pin?

kindly enlighten me. I love the passwordless future, but I'm also scared of redundancy of login.

Bit sussed as to why never report missing card. Is it because

A) she is illiterate?
B) she is not the one holding the card and later found out missing ?
C) if she is holding the card and that is the only card, how come she does not check the amount in her bank account is more than what supposed to be and why she has not taken action to contact bank or make a police report ?

IF A, how did she even obtain an account,

IF B, if someone is holding the account, why has she not named that person ?

IF C,if she knows about money that is not hers, this is a dishonesty at best

For passwordless accounts you usually need to authorize new devices from an existing logged in device. If you do not have anything logged in, you may need to initiate account recovery.

It is right to be cautious. There are many horror stories about people who get locked out of their accounts. Getting in touch with human Google support is harder than striking Toto. Microsoft is better but account recovery is not 100% guaranteed.

For every passwordless account, always try to save or print out the account recovery codes from your online account security settings. These codes are one time use passwords that will let you get back in if you ever lose your main laptop or phone. Save it somewhere safe, not online.

I keep mine in a small USB pendrive, and make sure that my wife and kids know where it is in case of emergencies.

No farks given to stories from mule accounts. These farkers got paid to hand over their accounts to scammers and they definitely knew something was up. Whether they knew it at that time or not, they are directly responsible for the people who got scammed via their account. Throw them in jail so that other farks like this will know not to sell their bank accounts to scammers.

My colleague ..put all passwords for all systems including ownself one in an unlocked excel. She also dont have habit to lock pc when walk to separate rows to chat.

This is the part I am not sure about. If going to sewa account to mule, most likely you will still have a bank account for own use right?

Macam tak logik, if she has only one account, and she sewa that account to scammers, daily life no need to use meh? bank in salary how?

Edit: Also, if I am going to sewa bank accounts to scammers, I am going to open up multiple accounts with multiple banks. More accounts, more sewa, why limit myself to one?

Good luck ah cause these cases hard to prove that you’re not colluding with criminals and fraudsters.

My banker friend story me got this one guy 28 year old kicked a major fuss at the bank he worked at because he was wrongly blacklisted as money mule, when it was his negligence.

They reinstated his account, but no bank card anymore and each he need to withdraw money have to go bank branch to verify identity. Imagine 28 years old already blacklisted for life, want open bank account or apply banking facility sure kena flag out as money mule.

Sometimes not necessarily sewa. Can be owe ah long kia and they hold on to your bank card to deduct payment. And these ah long work with betting junkies, scammers etc to use victim’s account to move funds around.

Its kind of weird that lost card coincidentally fall into hands of scammer..... If i was a dumb ass drug addict, i would clear as much as i could to get my fix.
