IO Diminta Serah Gambar Pelaku Kepada SBKN

Petaling Jaya 9.12.25, Datuk Dr. Kalaivanar (SBKN) mengecam cara siasatan polis terhadap seorang suri rumah yang menjadi mangsa keldai akaun tetapi tetap dituduh di mahkamah. Beliau menegaskan IO sepatutnya mendapatkan rekod transaksi, rakaman ATM dan maklumat bank untuk mencari pelaku sebenar, bukan menuduh mangsa.

Mangsa berusia 46 tahun itu hanya kehilangan RM1,400, namun akaunnya disalah guna sindiket dengan transaksi hampir RM200,000. Beliau turut disenaraihitamkan dan tidak boleh membuka akaun bank, menyukarkan kehidupannya.

Mangsa kini perlu hadir ke Mahkamah Seksyen Segamat pada 12 Disember 2025 di bawah Seksyen 424, dan berisiko dipenjara jika gagal membayar denda.

SBKN akan menyediakan peguam untuknya serta menyerahkan memorandum dan mengadakan demo aman di Bank Negara bagi membela semua mangsa keldai akaun dan kes lelong.

Kad bank hilang why didn't cancel or make police report, this lady also didn't tell the honest story, normally mule account will try to white wash they are innocent yada yada

She didn't realize straight away when lost + she allegedly attached all the required details at the back of her card.
Only made the report after she wanted to use the account, video says suspect lost between 6th to 17th of the month.

Kinda sus since it's said she lost a whole wallet & secondary phone without realizing, but maybe she's that absent-minded idk.

Next time everytime someone open bank account should give them a quick course that they're responsible for all the activities that happen in their account.

If she is telling the truth, I think she really didn't know.

If someone willingly gave their account to someone else to use as a mule account, they would normally still have another account for their own use. She said she only had the one account which is why she is having so much difficulty with her daily life.

Bank lad bila hilang? 2what you can see on the bank card? It's just debit card without bank account number info. So why did her just tutup her account n open anew one with a different account number??
