check if your phone cant handle high speed , need retire !
your location signal bad . did u check signal level dBm at location ?

AND not all celfones are same . RX hardware and software .
so do tell what celfone you are using. so we can corelate the data

Cause our current 5G is NSA mode.

SA mode would be better for our phone battery life.

I smell bullshit. Used Thai data esim when traveling in Thailand and my same phones get better 5G speeds there.

lalaport has great 4G and 5G for umobile

was it indoor? Thai 5G uses 700MHz spectrum, which can serve indoor easily, but the data is a lot slower compared to higher frequency. DNB also granted 700MHz, but I guess they haven't deployed yet, so far only the 3.5GHz, which is hard for indoor usage.

Both TH indoor and outdoor was better than my experience with 5G in Malaysia.
