Ayam 30+ ady, still feel like no matter how much I save also not enough.

Car loan, house loan, misc bills… salary masuk then disappear.

Meanwhile see some people my age already “comfortable”.

KTards… at what age you all finally stop living paycheck to paycheck? Do you need to reach tesla-level salary to be comfortable?

Those people you see as "comfortable" high chances are also living paycheck to paycheck or even doing worse than you.

Mid 20s. Got side income, so no longer paycheck to paycheck.

Of course you gotta maintain your lifestyle. If lifestyle keep upgrading then of course it's never enough.

Doesn't matter what age. If u paid off all your debts then only can relax stress-free.

I'm in my late 40s. Paid off my last debt recently.

Nowadays just do small cash only business.

Old samans also paid off.

You cannot use salary alone as benchmark to be comfortable

I use side income instead. With that I can spend freely on travel, T20 cars, etc

Yini.

Make sure you have multiple side passive/semi passive income plus ur work/biz yincome.

T20 celery woso once u kena retrenched… you woso will quite fast goyang edi how to pay ur commitment.

Savings can only last u jobless for quite sometime wonly. Unless ts have like rm500k and above ler…

Financial freedom 😂. I don't think there is any especially if you r young (unless u are rich to start off with). Personally if you have a passive income that can grow annually and generate more than your monthly expenditure - then u will have freedom. Anything else, just keep slaving and working 😂.

Financially free is no loan or debts to cover anymore right?? If you still use income/side income to repay loans it's still not free financially

if u have savings, or pencen, still takut not enough . if u live until 70++, want to hire caregiver, not cheap . even all fully paid off, end up pay caregiver pulak.

the only time ayam felt financially free was during sekolah time.

Maybe another 10 more years or so at 45? Kinda financially free atm without kids but I want to have even a better post retirement.

Compounding my money so post retirement I can live similar lifestyle as current.

If you cma answer the question if I got no job tomorrow forever, will I be ok?

If you can answer yes to it you are golden.

The trick is live like B40, use a 10 year old car, rent out your rooms, invest aggressively all the savings. Do not buy lots of insurance, do not invest in Malaysia, do not use unit trust to invest your excess money. Invest for income. Do not fall for yield trap.

I started on my journey in uni itself. That's why I can comfortably answer yes to my question above today. Not T10 lifestyle but mid M40.
