Why Penang bridge still didn’t put anti Soo -side netting and fencing like a lot of other bridges have done?

Hah Komtar so easy to access the roof? Or they just leave the windows open…

Cannot be so easy la. Last time I visited famous tall building in some country they have barriers at the rooftop for sightseeing tourists. This was many years ago before 9/11

Cliff divers are trained to jump at the right angle and people in the water there are helping them break the surface tension ( same like Olympics diving they spray water to break the water surface tension). Still got accidents happen

Ppl sooside will be most likely entering the water pancake position. And Olympics diving also got accident with serious injury even though the height only ten meters

Still got chest height barrier. Better than nothing. But should upgrade to this level
