I have never set foot in JPJ, pos office or those UTC for more than 3 years
And yet I deal directly with JPJ on license and roadtax update
And it takes like 15 mins max each time

I think this is awarded to one of their businesses which does a marketplace app/platform for used motorbikes
probably mainly for vertical integration for transactions within their platform which can do the JPJ transactions directly when u buy/sell/transfer bike

u will see soon, all service will transfer over.

at that time, u either use their service or walk in to jpj office.
